Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are no longer getting divorced.
A month after she filed to officially end their marriage, Stallone and Flavin have decided to reconcile after talking and sorting things out in their marriage, his rep confirmed in a statement to Page Six.
“They decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences,” the spokesperson said. “They are both extremely happy.”
On Wednesday, an order of abatement, which aims to put a temporary hold on divorce proceedings, was filed in their case, according to Florida court records viewed by Page Six.
The outlet confirmed that the order was submitted because Stallone and Flavin have decided to give their marriage another try.
The “Rocky” star seemingly hinted at his reconciliation with Flavin Monday by sharing via Instagram a photo of them holding hands and walking along a green pasture. He also posted a throwback family photo featuring the couple and their three daughters — Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
An unnamed insider told Page Six that the post was Stallone’s way of “alluding to what was coming.”
Flavin shocked fans in August when she filed for divorce from Stallone in Palm Beach County, Florida, after 25 years of marriage. She was seen without her wedding ring shortly thereafter.
Stallone then covered up two tattoos he had gotten in honor of his wife.
His tattoo artist Mike DeVries recently told People that around a year ago, Stallone talked about making some changes to the ink of Flavin’s face that the artist did on the actor’s shoulder.
DeVries claimed that he and Stallone discussed “making Jennifer Flavin into Wonder Woman” but that it didn’t push through because the yellow tiara the superhero wears on her head wouldn’t “work” over the darker portion of Flavin’s hair in the tattoo.
Stallone covered up the body art last month with a tribute to his late dog and “Rocky” co-star, Butkus.
In her Aug. 19 divorce filing, Flavin alleged that Stallone “engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate,” which he denied, according to People.
Unnamed sources previously claimed to TMZ that the couple had a huge fight over the acquisition of the “Rambo” star’s new Rottweiler.
The dispute allegedly led to “an extremely heated argument that brought up other issues” in their marriage, the insiders claimed.
However, Stallone denied those rumors, telling TMZ, “We did not end the relationship on such a trivial argument.” But he admitted that he and Flavin did disagree on “how to care for the dog” given that they often travel and live in two homes.
“I have the highest respect for Jennifer. I will always love her. She’s an amazing woman. She’s the nicest human being I’ve ever met,” Stallone added.
